    Kevin was very helpful in making my transition from an imminent domain issue into a new home for me. Not only did he orchestrate the issues of waiting for the correct timing to put in an offer so that it would coincide with the city closing on the old home, he also had to deal with a change of realtors for the new home and sellers who were stationed overseas.
